Join a Teams meeting from the Mobile or Computer App

1.   Ensure you have downloaded Microsoft Teams App either on your computer, Tablet or Mobile.

2.   Ensure you have received Username and Password to login to the app from Online Quran Academy Inc., IT team.

3.   In a Teams App click on Calendar and you will see meeting invite, select Join.

4.   Join Microsoft Teams Meeting: Enter a meeting from your Teams meeting invite. (Note: Dial-in number and Conference ID are not offered join using computer audio/video only)

5.   Choose the audio and video settings you want.

6.   Select Join now.

Join a Teams meeting on the web

Don't have the Teams app? You can still join a Teams meeting.

1.   Ensure you have received Username and Password to login to the app from Online Quran Academy Inc., IT team.

2.   Login to https://portal.office.com and login using the username and password provided by Online Quran Academy.

3.   Click on Outlook

4.   In your email invite from a teacher, select Join Microsoft Teams Meeting.

5.   You have two choices:

a.   Download the Windows app: Download the Teams app.

b.   Join on the web instead: Join a Teams meeting on the web.

6.   If you select to join via web, type in your name and select Join now.

7.   If you have a Teams account, select sign in to view the meeting chat and more.

8.   Choose the audio and video settings you want.

9.   Select Join now.
