Regulations
Objective:
To establish an environment that encourages and facilitates learning by
creating clear rules and behavioural expectations from students and
consequences when rules are not followed, and behavioural expectations are not
met.
Rules for
students:
- Students
must not leave the online class without permission and must remain in adult
supervision during class time at home.
- Students
must join on time. Students that arrive past the start of class time will
be considered late. Latecomers will be notified via Mobile App.
- Attendance
in classes is necessary in order to cover a course adequately. Regular participation
in class discussion and completion of all term work are usually essential
in obtaining a satisfactory standing
- Students
must wear proper clothing while joining the online class. The uniform
consists of girls of Hijab and Abaya covering arms and legs. The uniform
for boys consists of: A cap covering the head and a Jubbah/Shilwaar Kameez
recommended. The uniforms worn must be clean and presentable.
- Improper
behaviour and comments are not tolerated.
- Students
must respect the teacher.
- UItilizing
Cellphones, tablets and laptops for any other purpose other than learning
is not permitted during class time.
- To
attain maximum focus, do not distract or make unwanted noise during the
class.
- Students
must bring their books (Quran/Qaida, Juz Amma or other books) to the class
every day.
- Students
who contravene regulations of the academy or misuse the provided software
services or commit offences against persons or property may incur a
suspension, expulsion, or refusal of enrolment.
